Return Policy

- We accept returns of any valid purchase within 15 days only in case of manufacturing defects. - Returned items Must be with the box and all package should be the same as received not torn or damaged. - We don't accept returns if there is no manufacturing defects within first 15 days; and after 15 days if there is a manufacturing defects then we send it the company service center to process as each company rules. - The customer has the choice of refund through store credit within 1-3 working days; or through the same payment method he used to make the purchase within 7-14 working days. - The return request can be done by writing an email to us "info@skyorbits.tech" titled with his Order confirmation number. - We handle all shipping expenses within Sultanate of Oman; and in regards to international orders; the customer has to pay for shipping and any extra expenses related to that.
